Site Supervisor
A valid Noncommissioned Security Level II Certificate and or License through TOPS and Driver's License is required. Must be over the age of 21yrs old. Hourly rate: $29.43. Days and shifts may vary depending on the needs of the business. Ideal candidate has 2-3yrs of Supervisor experience, preferred in the Security Industry.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
- Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination following company policy
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain security and safety of designated work area
- Patrol facility to ensure safety and security
- Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
- Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews
- Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills
- Ability to function well in high-paced and stressful environments
- Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of related supervisory experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
