Financial Controller

You'll be at the heart of the business, working directly with senior leadership to drive financial performance, shape strategy and build the infrastructure needed for the next phase of growth. The Opportunity You'll take ownership of the finance function and help transform it into a scalable, high-performing operation . You'll: Own financial reporting, month-end and year-end close. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning. Partner directly with senior leadership on commercial decisions. Build stronger financial controls and scalable processes. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Drive automation, systems and process improvements. Provide the insight leadership needs to make smarter, faster decisions . Support the business as it continues to scale and expand. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines technical finance expertise with commercial ambition . You'll ideally have: 5+ years' experience across financial control/accounting/finance leadership. Strong financial reporting, forecasting and controls experience. A track record of improving processes and building structure in growing businesses. The confidence to challenge, influence and advise senior leadership. A proactive, hands-on approach—you see a problem and solve it . Experience in a high-growth technology environment is a major plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
