We are a growing, client-focused independent insurance brokerage agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and customized insurance solutions. We take pride in building long-lasting relationships with our clients and carriers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and skilled at managing personal lines accounts. This role involves servicing existing accounts, handling renewals, processing policy changes, and providing clients with guidance on coverage options.
- Manage an assigned book of personal lines accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations
- Handle renewals, review coverage, and present recommendations to clients
- Assist clients with claims by providing guidance and serving as a liaison with carriers
- Market and quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive coverage
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products
- 4+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (agency/brokerage experience preferred)
- BS/ BA in Business, Insurance or related field
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
