Job Description

Picker/Packer- Bolingbrook, IL Location: Bolingbrook, IL Shift: 8AM-4:30PM + Overtime Pay Rate: $15.68/hour (Temp-To-Hire)

Duties:

• Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring correct item, quantity, and location for outbound shipments.
• Pack and prepare products for shipping, including boxing, labeling, and palletizing according to company and customer specifications.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing and report any issues to the supervisor or inventory control team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of the pre-employment process.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, including use of RF scanners and familiarity with order picking and packing processes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
