Job Overview:

Pay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hr

• Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products.

• Experience with network and telecom troubleshooting, routers, TCPIP, firewalls, VPNs, and Voice services.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on client desktop systems deployment and administration.
• Manage mobile devices and print management.
• Provide in-person and phone support.
• Provide personal solutions consulting.
• Participate in project implementation, technical training, and knowledge management.
• Perform security administration.
• Use and update Support Ticketing System.
