This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, driving results, and making a meaningful impact on every project.What You'll Do: As a Project Manager, you'll be the quarterback of the project team, guiding projects through planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.Your Impact:Lead projects from preconstruction through final completionCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teamsDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, and scopes of workManage contracts, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentationMonitor project costs, financial performance, forecasting, and invoicingConduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholdersWork closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and project schedulesResolve challenges proactively to keep projects moving forwardOversee project closeout, owner turnover documentation, warranties, and final project reconciliationEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and above expectationsQualifications:5+ years of construction project management experienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related field preferredStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsExperience managing subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholdersProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Design-build construction experienceEstimating or preconstruction experienceExperience with project forecasting, financial reporting, and change order managementExperience managing commercial, industrial, municipal, or design-build construction projectsWhy You'll Love Working Here: We're a team of driven professionals who believe great projects are built by great people.
