Human Resources Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team and support a workforce of approximately 400 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with employees, and playing an important role in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, recurring processes, compliance requirements, and employee communications in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do HR Generalist Jacksonville, FL | On-Site | Temp-to-Perm Support day-to-day HR operations and generalist activities. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support staffing needs. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and assist with HR-related questions and concerns. Support employee relations activities and investigations. Assist with communicating HR policies, programs, updates, and other important information to employees. Maintain accurate staffing rosters, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate employee access, onboarding requirements, and other time-sensitive processes. Monitor deadlines and ensure required HR processes are completed accurately and on time. Work closely with hourly production and warehouse employees. Support HR programs and initiatives across the organization. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Collaborate with HR leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR support. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred. Experience supporting hourly, production, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similarly structured workforces is a plus. Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring processes simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of an organization. Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a broader HR team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. You should be comfortable managing multiple processes at once, following established procedures, meeting deadlines, and communicating with a wide range of employees and leaders. This position is particularly well suited for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and employee-focused , while also having the organizational discipline required to manage a highly structured and compliance-focused environment.
