iStaff Pros is seeking experienced, licensed Remote Customer Service Representatives to support established insurance agencies with day-to-day client service and agency operations.

This is a non-sales, service-only role designed for insurance professionals who value structure, accountability, and long-term stability.

About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative , you'll act as an extension of an insurance agency's internal team, handling client service requests, documentation, and workflow support from a remote environment.

You'll assist clients with policy-related questions and service needs while maintaining accurate records, following established agency procedures, and keeping assigned tasks moving efficiently.

Because this is a remote role, consistent communication, productivity, and accountability are important. You'll be expected to manage your workload independently, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate proactively with both agency staff and iStaff Pros management.

This is not a call-center role . It is a structured, performance-based support position focused on providing dependable insurance customer service without sales quotas.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general client inquiries
• Accurately document client interactions and activity within the agency management system
• Track incoming and outgoing calls and completed service activity
• Work assigned alerts, including critical and standard alerts
• Complete notes, follow-up tasks, and service requests in a timely manner
• Follow established agency workflows, procedures, and service expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the workday
• Communicate professionally with clients, agency staff, and iStaff Pros management
• Proactively communicate questions, issues, or workload concerns
• Meet agreed-upon schedules, availability, and performance expectations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every client interaction

What You'll Bring

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Minimum 2 years of insurance customer service or agency office experience required
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities in a remote environment
• Consistent follow-through and accurate documentation habits
• Ability to work within structured workflows and performance expectations
• Professional and dependable approach to client service
• Ability to communicate proactively with agency and management teams
