Senior Corporate Counsel

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our ever evolving Legal team and help

shape the future of global commerce. You will join a group of dynamic and talented individuals and provide legal support for Genius Point of Sale and other software products.

What you’ll own

Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements, including partner, referral, client, and master services agreements, statements of work, and NDAs.

Collaborate with business lines, senior leaders, and legal team members on contract negotiations, pre-litigation disputes, and regulatory requests.

Identify key legal and business risks, providing practical guidance and solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and customers, effectively communicating legal considerations and recommendations.

Support and lead department initiatives aimed at improving legal service delivery and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.

3–6 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including both law firm and in-house exposure.

Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably within technology, financial services, or payments industries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to partner effectively across teams.

Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and apply sound business judgment in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a bonus if you have

Experience navigating regulatory requirements in payments, financial services, or technology sectors.

Demonstrated ability to apply innovative problem-solving approaches to complex legal matters.

Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in high‑growth or global organizations.
