Principal Claims Product Tester

Design, build, and maintain automated test cases for claims platform applications and enhancements. Validate software changes and releases to ensure functionality, quality, and performance prior to production deployment. Execute automated testing strategies using both coded and codeless automation tools. Develop, support, and maintain testing orchestrations and automated execution workflows. Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams to improve quality and testing efficiency. Contribute to the ongoing modernization of testing practices across the Claims Platform organization. Train, mentor, and share best practices with team members as automation capabilities continue to expand. Participate in projects supporting new platform development, enhancements, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on increasing automation coverage and testing effectiveness. Requirements Experience with software testing and quality validation practices. Experience building and executing automated test cases. Experience with test orchestration tools, workflows, or automation platforms. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
