Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Administer medications, monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.
• Respond to emergency situations with appropriate emergency measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking skills in evaluating the effectiveness of care provided.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures set forth by the facility and governing bodies.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center preferred.
• Driver's license and compliance with facility distance requirements.
• Ability to pass a mandatory open book exam with a score of 90% or better.
• Commitment to remove artificial nails in compliance with facility policy.
