Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as a Customer Support Administrator!
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator with strong proficiency in Excel (PT and VL) to support our customer service operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization through data analysis, reporting, and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Customer Service and organizational review.
Gather, analyze, and present data to support business decision-making.
Maintain and update relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Track and report on daily performance metrics to monitor service levels and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PT and VL functions), PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to changing business needs.
