Internal Medicine Physician

Non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking to hire board eligible/certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join their talented team in the North Austin, TX area. Ideal candidates are mission-focused; flexible with their time, work locations, and have the ability to provide coverage while working within a group practice; highly energetic; creative in problem-solving approaches; quality focused; and see the provision of services to underserved populations as part of their career goals.
- Seeing mostly ages 55+
- Must do pap smears
- Must work a Saturday once a quarter, seeing ages 18+ - mostly acute care
Benefits:

- Annual stipend for continuing education.
- Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization.
- Eligible for loan repayment through various external organizations.
- Salary range of $249K guaranteed base, going up to $320K. Average $273-$286K seeing 20-24 patients per day.
Round Rock, Texas, with a population of around 116,000, is located 15 miles north of Austin in the Central Texas hill country. Major employers include Dell, Sears Teleserv, Emerson and Texas Guaranteed Student Loan. Its combined property tax and utility rates are among the lowest in the region.
