As our Precision MIG/TIG Fabrication Welder in Conroe, TX, you’ll start by reviewing detailed blueprints, mapping out your sequence, and setting up the right process—MIG, TIG, or stick—to deliver clean, reliable welds. You’ll keep equipment dialed in, collaborate with teammates to hit milestones, and take ownership of quality from first tack to final inspection.

A day in your boots

• Study blueprints and technical drawings, confirm specs, and plan your weld sequence.
• Select and perform the appropriate process—MIG, TIG, or stick—to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Inspect every bead and joint for dimensional accuracy and visual quality before sign‑off.
• Maintain torches, machines, and tools so they run safely and efficiently.
• Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a collaborative crew to meet project deadlines.
• Champion safety protocols and keep your bay organized and clean.
• Support junior welders with tips, demos, and hands‑on guidance when needed.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade/vocational training preferred.
• Proven welding background in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong command of MIG, TIG, and stick techniques, plus sound safety practices.
• Confidence reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and solid problem‑solving instincts.
• Clear communication and a team‑first mindset.
