Safety Conscious CDL Driver

We are seeking a safety conscious CDL Driver to join our team in Monroe, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a garbage truck on residential and/or commercial routes. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Start time: 4:30 a.m.
Workweek: 45-50 hours
Typical workday: 10-12 hours

Compensation:

Pay Range: $21 - 24 per hour, depending on experience.
Comprehensive benefits package including family benefits, 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, vacation, and year-round overtime

Requirements:

Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
2+ year of CDL driving experience
1+ year of roll off experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills
