What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers. 
• Help customers understand their insurance options and identify solutions that fit their needs. 
• Provide exceptional service throughout the life of each policy. 
• Follow up with customers to ensure they receive outstanding support. 
• Work toward individual and team goals while earning performance-based incentives. 
• Collaborate with a supportive team that celebrates success together. 

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships. 
• Is motivated by goals and enjoys a challenge. 
• Communicates clearly and professionally. 
• Takes initiative and is eager to learn. 
• Has customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required).
