Overview

The role encompasses substantial patent litigation experience, including developing case strategy, managing fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, preparing witnesses, developing validity and invalidity contentions, and supporting trial teams.
Candidates are required to have experience in the mechanical arts combined with knowledge of computer technology, coding, and signal processing, and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
