Your Role as a Weekend Home Health RN

As a Weekend Home Health RN , you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring continuity of care during the critical weekend window.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Providing skilled nursing care and essential patient/caregiver education.
• Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care for patients recovering at home.
• Documenting visits efficiently using our streamlined AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license .
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
