Job Purpose: To offer continued excellent customer service to our clients by placing the needs of our customers first.

Duties:
Phone calls
Receiving of deliveries
Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date
Receiving and sorting of mail
Being bi-lingual, Spanish speaking would be an asset
Filing
Inventory Management
Calling on aged account receivables

Qualifications:
Experience with MAS 90 / MAS 200 software, excellent communication / phone skills, experience in manufacturing environment, experience in inventory management, motivated, multi-tasking, people skills, customer focus, professionalism, team player, computer skills, documentation skill are all important qualifications.
