Licensed Master Social Worker

Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid position for a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Woodbridge, CT, with opportunities to work from home as well. The Licensed Master Social Worker will provide individual counseling and therapeutic support to clients, develop personalized treatment plans, and assist clients in employing effective coping strategies. The role involves conducting client assessments, maintaining confidential records, collaborating with other professionals as necessary, and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. Qualifications Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Connecticut. Experience with counseling and building therapeutic relationships with clients dealing with mental health challenges, personal development, and family dynamics. Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct client assessments, and apply problem‑solving techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client confidentiality and build trust in a professional setting. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and understanding mental health documentation standards. Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
