Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in the Delaware area. What You'll Do

• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards
• Inspect products for defects, damage, proper dimensions, labeling, and packaging
• Identify and document non-conforming products and quality concerns
• Complete quality reports and maintain accurate production records
• Communicate with machine operators, supervisors, and management regarding quality issues
• Assist with investigations into product defects and verify corrective actions
• Prepare materials for production roll changes as needed
• Package and label rejected products according to company procedures
• Conduct routine quality audits and inspections throughout the shift
• Assist with repack projects and inventory of rejected products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of manufacturing or quality control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to identify defects and make objective quality decisions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and complete production and quality documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
