Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and practices in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Shift and Schedule

This position requires the candidate to work a combination of day and night shifts, typically in a 3x12-hour format. Weekend shifts are expected, typically every other weekend.

Patient Ratios

The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 RN to 4 patients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in emergency care preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Special Requirements

Candidate must be flexible and able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
