Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for FULL & PART TIME Employment opportunities in a Long Term Care Facility located in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

THIS IS NOT S TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT.

Part time requires a minimum of two days per week.

Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment. This is a floor position in a Long Term Care Facility, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Setting is preferred.

PAY RATE: Up to $44.00/HR

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am; some 12 hr shifts are also available; rotating weekends required

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Copy of your Nursing Diploma
2. Current Nurse CEUs
3. License in Good Standing on Kentucky Board of Nursing with no disciplinary action on file
4. For this type of employment or licensure, state and, federal law require a state and national criminal background check as a condition of employment.
5. Current CPR card; your CPR must have included the in person skills test, the American Heart Association and Red Cross meet these requirements.
6. Current PPD/Chest x-ray.
7. Pass drug screening
8. Current verifiable experience working in a hospital or long term care facility.

1. Provide your license number that can be verified on the Board of Nursing.
2. Provide at least two employment references. Make sure to list your employer’s name, the dates you were employed and their correct phone number.
