What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to promote client products and services. This position involves face-to-face outside sales to new customers.
• Build strong relationships through professional and personalized interactions
• Educate customers on available solutions and offerings
• Generate new business opportunities and assist with customer acquisition efforts
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Develop leadership and management skills through mentorship opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives. Entry Level Sales Representatives average an annual income between $55,000-75,000 their first year in uncapped commissions with bonuses and additional incentives.
