Production Operator

Production Operator - Joplin, MO As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation and participation in startup, changeover and shutdown of operating equipment. Shift Hours 8-hour shifts 2nd shift: 2 pm to 10 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm 3rd shift: 10 pm to 6 am or 11 pm to 7 am 12-hour shifts - You only work 15 to 16 days a month! Overnight shift: 6 pm to 6 am or 6:30 pm to 6:30 am Schedule - 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) Currently hiring for: 8 hour 2nd shift; 8 hour 3rd shift; 12 hour Overnight shift Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Pay $20.58 per hour Shift differential Additional $0.45 per hour for hours worked on 2nd shift Additional $0.65 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift Additional $0.75 per hour for hours worked on 12-hour overnight shift Overtime pay and overtime work opportunities Benefits Up to 15 days (120 hours) of vacation annually (depending upon your schedule) and 11 paid company holidays Great paid time off benefits 401(k) match Health Insurance - includes medical, dental, vision and life And much more!
