Foot & Ankle Sales Associate - Oklahoma, City, OK

Responsibilities

• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on proper use
• Educate healthcare staff on Stryker product functionality, maintenance, and portfolio updates
• Partner with sales representatives to identify opportunities and develop customer relationships
• Perform field calls, manage inventory levels, and process customer purchase orders
• Market products competitively, track industry trends, and support sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years experience
• High school diploma with 4+ years professional experience, or 4+ years active military service
• Medical device sales industry knowledge and Foot & Ankle product expertise
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge in healthcare medical devices

Compensation: $65,000 base, eligible for commission and bonuses
