Job Description

- Greet the patients and collect information as required

- Input information onto charts or computer as required

- Schedule appointments

- Take payments when required

- Answer phones and take messages

- Use FAX, scanner and computer as required

- Prepare patient rooms when required

- Perform eye exam, blood pressure and hearing test as required

- Other duties based on experience
