Small Animal Associate Veterinarian Job, Yuma, Arizona, USA

Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join their long-standing, AAHA-accredited practice in Yuma. With over 30 years of trusted service, this hospital is a cornerstone of the local community and is known for its advanced medical capabilities, caring team, and commitment to quality patient care. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering comprehensive small animal medical and surgical care
Collaborating with an experienced and supportive veterinary team
Engaging in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients through excellent communication
Contributing to the hospital's reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine

Qualifications Needed:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent with valid Arizona license
Strong medical and surgical competence with commitment to continuous learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide patient-centered, ethical care
Interest in mentoring or working collaboratively within a dynamic team
