As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Worker, you'll be part of a team that keeps production moving by:

• Handling raw materials and finished goods manually
• Loading, unloading, and positioning reels of cable or wire
• Threading wire through machines using eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills
• Operating or assisting with machinery in respooling, packaging, or Compak operations
• Performing visual inspections and quality checks
• Packing products by hand and preparing them for shipment
• Completing production reports and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
• Expect physical, hands-on work where attention to detail and initiative make all the difference.

Skills and Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 4-days-on/4-days-off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, & overtime)
• No experience required-just a desire to learn and grow with a forward-thinking company
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• An eye for detail and color accuracy for product inspection
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift

You'll Stand Out if You Have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on skills
• Manufacturing, Production, Packaging, Machine Operator, or Restaurant experience is a plus
