Case Manager - Intensive Foster Care

Position Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care Responsibilities Handle intake and implement needed assessments to develop the Treatment Plan and the Family Support Plan. Work closely with all team members to coordinate needed services. Act as the main contact with the DCS FCM and attend CFTM meetings as required. Collaborate with foster parents to provide support, coordinate trainings and support groups, assist with finding respite and extra‑curricular activities for the children, assist with behavior management, and provide skill‑building assistance for foster parents and children. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college. If BSW, an LBSW license is required. Five (5) years of supervised, paid case‑work experience, including two (2) years in an approved child‑placing agency. One (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised case work in the field, may be substituted for the required five (5) years of supervised paid case work experience, including LCPA experience.
