Job Title: Hospice CNA Job Type: Full-Time Company: Hospice Services of Massachusetts $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. Job Summary Hospice Services of Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in the Plymouth area. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families, promoting comfort, dignity, and peace during their end‑of‑life journey. Responsibilities Perform various services for patients as necessary to meet their personal needs and promote comfort Observe patients, report observations, and document care performed Provide personal care needs for patients, including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens Assist with dressing and undressing patients, planning and preparing meals, and assisting with feeding Take and record oral, rectal, and auxiliary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered Provide proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown of tissue over bony prominence Assess and report on patient's condition and significant changes to the Case Manager Assist with ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse or therapist Requirements Hold an active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in this state Must have a driver's license and an insured and reliable vehicle; mileage is reimbursed Ability to lift 50 pounds or more What we offer Competitive and weekly pay Holiday pay for hourly and salaried employees Overtime pay for hourly employees Career advancement opportunities Exclusive employer discount program Available for eligible team members Employer‑paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match Vacation and personal time Health, dental, and vision insurance We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
