Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial planning principles and strategies, along with a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. This position is essential in providing comprehensive financial advice, developing tailored financial plans, and ensuring clients are well-informed about their financial options.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial health including investments, taxes, insurance, and estate planning.Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, adjusting financial plans as necessary to respond to changes in the clients' lives or financial markets.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions that meet client needs.Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is ideal.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Preferred: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and/or relevant FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, 24, 65, 66).Experience in investment management and working with high net worth individuals is a plus.BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k w/ matchPTO
