Location: Clintonville, WI – The Pines Post Acute Overview Full‑time physical therapist position focused on post-acute care. You will lead therapy management, culture, and administration, and serve as a master clinician advancing clinical skills. Responsibilities Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a post-acute care setting. Develop and manage therapy protocols to improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments. Lead and mentor therapy staff, promoting professional growth. Participate in organizational cluster models, utilizing facility-level and global resources. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. Open to PTs at all experience levels.
