Pay: Starting at $17 / hour

What to Expect?

Reporting to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager, the Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for pool owners—helping them with water testing, product questions, and everyday store needs. You'll also help keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers.

On a daily basis our Sales Clerk:

• Welcomes customers as they enter and provides attentive, solutions-focused service.
• Performs pool/spa water testing and helps customers understand results, recommending next steps and products based on store guidelines.
• Answers phone calls professionally and assists with customer questions or directs them to the appropriate team member.
• Prepares and restocks pool additive containers/jugs and ensures related supplies are organized and available.
• Keeps the store clean and customer-ready—straighten shelves, dust products, maintain displays, and keep the counter area tidy.
• Notifies management of product, supply, or stock shortages to support strong in-stock levels.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful, positive attitude.
• Retail and/or pool industry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while staying friendly and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

• 21 years of age or older to be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
