Advanced Technical Support Specialist
This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to data processing systems. Analyzes existing and proposed data processing systems or procedures that improve processing capabilities. Assists the installation of programs and procedures developed in coordination with end user groups. Enhances data processing systems and procedures through system analysis, coding, testing, and other activities that facilitate technical business objectives. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.
Experience with programming languages such as Microsoft.NET (C#); ASP.NET Core; JavaScript; HTML 5; XML; IIS; ETL, SQL Scripting and PowerShell Scripting, experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository system, experience with ServiceNow or other information technology ticketing system, Familiarity with X9 Image Files, Ability to build strong collaborative and productive relationships, In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile), Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis.
