Speech Language Pathologist

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based evaluation and treatment for adult and geriatric clients. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in clients’ homes and community settings. You will collaborate closely with caregivers, nurses, and other clinicians to promote safety, independence, and quality of life, while documenting progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
