Fitness Sales Associate

Position Overview As a Body20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will help build relationships with Body20 members and the community while delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences in a fast‑paced fitness studio. Key Responsibilities Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand. Build community business relationships and partnerships. Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service to retain long‑term members. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly. Passion for health and wellness. Willing and able to work some nights, occasional weekends and holidays. High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients. Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
