Responsibilities

We are looking for anexperienced and motivated sales leader to help our growingbusiness in the local territory. The territory salesmanager handles hiring, training, and leading a team ofsales professionals to success through selling residentialsolar energy systems.

We are only looking forcandidates that display the highest level of ethics,salesmanship, and leadership. The sales team will beresponsible for both generating leads, and managing asteady inflow of leads generated by our world-classcanvassing team.

Responsibilities include:

- Training and mentoring membersof the sales team

- Leading sales and performance meetings

- Reviews and manage results on adaily basis to achieve monthly and annually sales targets

- Demonstrates excellence incommunication and best practices across the department

- Troubleshoot underperformingmembers of the sales team and helping them overcome challenges

Weare looking for a highly ethical sales leader. To qualifyfor this job, candidates must be able to demonstrate a trackrecord for ethical salesmanship.

Asales manager needs to be able to go out and generate sales,independent of any need from anyone else or any resource. Asales manager should be able to successfully take a prospectto a customer in a consistent manner. These skills areessential for the successful training and direction of otherteam members. Without the ability to sell, a sales managerwill be ineffective helping and holding a team accountableto reaching the sales target.

Asales manager must be a closer. He or she must be able toovercome objections, and guide a customer to a positivebuying decision. A closer is neither pushy, or a push over.A closer is uniquely skilled in listening to queues thatwill help guide the sales process into a happy committed customer.
