- Diabetic retinopathy screening, glaucoma, cataract and macular degeneration monitoring
- Retinal imaging and ERG where clinically indicated
- Refractions and prescriptions for our facility glasses program
- On-site EHR documentation (we provide the device and training)
- Competitive pay, based on experience
- A trained technician travels with you to set up equipment and prep patients
- Full support: credentialing, scheduling, billing and revenue cycle handled for you
- Established patient base with consistent volume from day one
- No weekends, no call, no overhead or lease
- OD degree and active Georgia optometry license with TPA certification
- Individual Medicare provider number (we handle group credentialing)
- Current malpractice insurance
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willing to perform refractions for our glasses program
- Available at least 3 days a week, Monday through Friday
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Owns portable diagnostic equipment (fundus camera, ERG, handheld autorefractor)
