Florida Mechanical & Building Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
Complete service documentation accurately and timely
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Minimum 5 years of HVAC & Refrigeration service experience
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers, RTUs, split systems, and package units
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Factory training or additional certifications a plus
