Job Type Full‑time Reports To Director of Finance Position Summary The Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decision‑making in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities Own key components of the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, new initiatives, and strategic decisions Analyze business performance across locations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve margins and profitability Deliver clear, data‑driven insights to support executive decision‑making Prepare and present monthly financial packages, including P&L analysis, KPIs, and variance reporting Track performance against budgets and forecasts, proactively highlighting key drivers and actionable recommendations Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into operational and financial performance Support ad hoc analysis for leadership, including new store openings, pricing strategy, and cost optimization Act as a finance partner to marketing, evaluating campaign performance and ROI Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency Work closely with restaurant leadership to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial outcomes Provide guidance to non‑finance stakeholders, helping teams make informed, data‑driven decisions Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance data integrity Contribute to the development of financial strategies that support company growth and scalability Support implementation and optimization of financial systems, tools, and reporting capabilities Benefits Paid time off Wages paid weekly Free parking Growth opportunities 401k savings plans Medical, dental and vision insurance Employee discounts Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within the hospitality industry Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly Salary Description Starting at $90,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Happy Corner Hospitality Group | Motek
