Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large-scale manufacturing/plant environment. This role will partner with plant leadership and employees on HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, recruiting, retention, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership and employees on day-to-day HR needs and business objectives. Support onboarding, recruiting, interviewing, retention, and employee engagement initiatives. Lead complex HR projects from planning through implementation. Develop HR strategies, roadmaps, and actionable improvement plans. Analyze HR data and KPIs to identify trends and improve business outcomes. Identify opportunities for HR process automation and workflow improvement. Review, redesign, and improve SOPs and HR processes. Mentor junior HR team members and provide guidance and feedback. Build strong relationships with leadership and employees across the plant. Drive continuous improvement and innovative HR solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong HR Generalist background. Manufacturing/plant HR experience is required. Experience supporting plant leaders and manufacturing employees. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention. Proven experience leading HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
