Detailed Job Description As a Field Engineer, you will support day-to-day field operations, lead technical discussions, and manage task assignments to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and an understanding of capital budgeting processes. You will support wireless and telecom activities, monitor project progress, and provide operational updates to the team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage field engineering activities across assigned sites. Conduct technical meetings, track progress, and delegate tasks effectively. Support wireless/telecom operations and troubleshoot field-related challenges. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards across all field activities. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience as a Field Engineer (telecom or related sectors). Strong communication and leadership capabilities. Experience leading meetings, assigning tasks, and tracking progress. Understanding of capital budget processes and operational cost management. Nice-to-Have Skills 3+ years of experience in wireless technologies. Background in telecom field deployments or RAN operations. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
