Qualifications and Skills:

• The ability to lead, manage, and train an energetic staff of 40 or more team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure in a high volume setting
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktail culture, and current industry trends
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• An infectious, positive attitude
• Outstanding hospitality skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• 3-5 years experience in a leadership role and a passion for success

• Toast POS
• Open Table
• CTUIT Radar
• Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
