Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - River Heights and Westwood Ridge

Schedule & Pay: Full Time | 64 hours per pay period | 3 days/week at River Heights, 1 day/week at Westwood Ridge. Pay range: $35–$43/hour (hourly non‑exempt) based on qualifications, experience, location. Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vivie, you will lead clinical teams and deliver compassionate patient care while fostering meaningful connections in a long‑term care environment. Responsibilities Manage clinical operations and care standards, implementing nursing process steps (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and coordinating care with internal/external services. Deliver direct patient care, including preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures, monitoring changes, and providing supervision and counseling. Build relationships and ensure compliance, creating an environment of high‑quality care and promoting patient independence and dignity. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Current RN license in Minnesota. CPR certification within 6 months of hire. Clear and compassionate communication skills. Experience in long‑term, acute, or rehabilitation care preferred. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices. Proficient English for communication with residents, team members, and families. Pass state‑mandated background check. Physical capability to perform essential job functions. Additional Details Employment type: Hourly, non‑exempt (eligible for overtime). Department: Nursing. Leadership received: Director of Nursing or Clinical Care.
