• Employment Type: Temporary Assignment
• Certifications/Licenses: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA or IAHCSMM) preferred
• Experience: Previous experience in sterilization, decontamination, or OR liaison roles preferred

What You'll Do:

• Decontaminate all surgical instruments and scopes, including drills and DaVinci equipment
• Assemble instruments for various service lines, such as trauma, loaners, and peel packing
• Execute sterilization processes using sterilization and steam methods
• Handle HLD/Scope processing and sterile storage procedures
• Communicate effectively as an OR liaison
• Utilize the Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
• May be required to float to other facilities within the organization

What You Need:

• Valid certification: CBSPD or CRCST (preferred)
• Prior experience in sterile processing, decontamination, or OR support roles
• Key skills: sterilization, instrument assembly, decontamination, HLD experience, and use of tracking systems
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to float responsibilities
