Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and automation-minded Senior Learning Experience Engineer to join our core centralized Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations collective under a full-time remote capacity open to qualified technical enablement specialists resident anywhere across the United States. In this highly cross-functional, system-level seat, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over the architecture, development, and scalability of our internal global sales enablement programs. Shifting completely away from routine passive slide formatting checklists, manual event scheduling logs, simple document proofreading, or basic administrative forms data entry, you will run an active corporate education engineering, workflow automation, and conversational artificial intelligence laboratory—collaborating hand-in-hand with distributed Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and core IT operations nodes. This position requires an internet technology or enterprise SaaS veteran with 3–5 years of craft depth who architectures interactive, microlearning-focused capability tracks fluidly natively using Python Scripting structures, builds robust API integration blocks and automation workflows cleanly natively leveraging AI Engineer tools across CRMs and enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS), and commands complex multi-project enablement cycles confidently under fast-evolving cloud market parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• GTM Enablement Architecture & Instructional Design: Formulate, design, and implement impactful, scalable learning architectures and onboarding programs across our internal GTM Sales and Technical sales pods, applying adult learning theory and microlearning models cleanly natively utilizing Python Scripting automation wrappers.
• Translating Complex Product Knowledge: Deconstruct highly technical cloud-native data security, threat detection, and agentic guardrail concepts into simple, clear, and actionable client-facing sales messaging frameworks.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow Engineering: Analyze operational workflows within sales enablement cells to isolate manual friction points, prototyping and deploying knowledge assistants, personalized chatbots, and automated telemetry generators cleanly natively leveraging AI Engineer properties.
• Cross-Platform Integration Scripting: Program, test, and maintain automated communication bridges and layout hooks across centralized corporate CRM engines, headless LMS platforms, and internal collaboration modules (via Zapier, Workato, or REST APIs).
• Scalable Content Library Governance: Manage and safe-keep high-fidelity corporate assets, documentation trees, internal playbooks, interactive video nodes, milestone certifications, and quantitative capability assessments.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interlock: Partner in lockstep with global Product, Engineering, and Growth Marketing executives to diagnose capability gaps across regions, deploying tailored technical instruction tracks.
• Telemetry Analysis and Intelligence Reporting: Extract data from native system logs and student performance analytics, monitoring user completion velocities and behavior tracking to optimize training ROI.
• IT and Security Governance Alignment: Coordinate with centralized internal IT and InfoSec operations teams to align all automation and script injections with corporate security, data privacy, and data integrity metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified professional history running advanced learning experience design, enterprise tech sales enablement, educational technology engineering, curriculum architecture management, or digital transformation consulting.
• Expert-tier capability writing automation modules, manipulating string data variables, and designing script bridges natively utilizing Python Scripting or equivalent execution frameworks.
• Practical operational familiarity organizing custom language model nodes, handling webhook integrations, and configuring automated reporting triggers natively using AI Engineer structures (such as Zapier, Workato, or open-source LLM environments).
• Demonstrated career history successfully building technical product enablement matrices or product training content inside a hyper-growth enterprise tech or cloud network infrastructure ecosystem.
• Advanced operational mastery navigating publishing rules, SCORM compliance parameters, and indexation controls across major CMS and LMS configurations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and scannable technical-documentation communication attributes in business-fluent English to edit, proof, and present complex software theories before executive leadership blocks.
