Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• HCHB is a requirement.
\n
• One year of home health experience required.
\n

Assignment Details

\n

\n
• 8-hour shifts.
\n
• Monday through Friday.
\n
• Coverage area includes a 50+ mile radius from the office.
\n
• Productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week.
\n
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
\n
