LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care by implementing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. The nurse must demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care.

Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.

Delegate patient care priorities based on the skills and experience of the staff.

Provide guidance and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Active Ohio RN or multi-state RN license.

ACLS and BLS certifications (from the American Heart Association).

Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care.

Prior experience in an LTAC setting is required.
