We’re seeking a Physical Therapist who values patient-first care, realistic caseloads, and a supportive environment where clinicians are empowered—not rushed. What We Offer/Why Join Us Time to focus on quality care: Manageable caseloads, an average of 12 patients per day, and AI-assisted documentation help reduce after-hours work and support better patient care. Full-time and part-time opportunities: Full-time salary ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience; part-time pay ranges from $40 to $50 per hour based on experience.
